To have rights in Peru is necessary to legally
settle and set up a company in the country, or to be a legal resident.
This procedure is very easy with an approximated minimal cost of US$
2000, and it has a time limit of 30 days. Peruvian law considers the
settling of SRLs, S.A.Cs. or SAA companies, also as subsidiaries.
